These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at enclave.events (the "Site"), operated by Enclave Events Pte. Ltd. ("Enclave Events", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to your use of the Site only. They do not govern any event, engagement, or commercial relationship with Enclave Events, which is set out separately in a written proposal or contract.
Enclave Events Pte. Ltd. is a company registered in Singapore. We design and deliver invitation-only executive events, including roundtables and luncheons, for enterprise clients across the Asia-Pacific region.

Brand and Ownership. Enclave Events Pte. Ltd. is an independent operating company that designs and delivers its own events, and is solely responsible for its services, client relationships, and operations. The Enclave Events name, logo, and brand are the exclusive property of Enclave Events Pte. Ltd. Enclave Events is not a MyOutreach brand, product, subsidiary, or division, and its brand and operations are not controlled by MyOutreach. Any representation to the contrary is inaccurate.
The Site may allow you to submit enquiries, register interest, or request a meeting. Submitting an enquiry does not create any contract or commitment between you and Enclave Events. Any event or engagement is governed solely by the specific commercial terms agreed in writing between the parties, and not by these Terms or by any information published on the Site.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party content. We provide these for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, products, or practices of any third party, and your use of any third-party site is at your own risk.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
