SYNOPSIS

Korea’s finance leaders are operating in one of the world’s most advanced digital economies, where adoption of AI and analytics is already high – but expectations are  rising even faster. As regulatory requirements evolve and business demands accelerate, the Office of Finance is being asked to deliver more than ever before: faster insights, stronger governance, and better decision support, all while managing increasing complexity and limited resources.

The challenge is no longer simply digitisation, but how to operationalise data, analytics,  and AI in a way that is scalable, explainable, and trusted across the organisation. Many finance teams continue to face fragmented data environments, manual processes, and a lack of confidence in the insights being produced.
